In a world brimming with challenges, uncertainties, and the constant pursuit of inner peace, I extend my hands in service to assist people with their transformative journey towards presence and ease in with life. I am humbled to offer alternative and holistic pathways to healing, expansion, and self-discovery with Reiki, Evolutionary & Therapeutic Tarot guidance sessions for individual or groups.
I have delved into studies of Tarot and oracle cards since the age of thirteen introduced by a neighbor Mexican-medicine woman back home in Tijuana, Mexico. As I got older, I started delving even more from the teachings of the Rider-Waite tarot creators, A. E. Waite and Pamela Colman Smith, teachings from the master of Tarot de Marseille, Chilean Alejandro Jodorowsky, and Tarot from an art perspective Argentinian Psychoespiritual teacher Clara Abad. This has and continues to deepen my understanding of the mystical and psychospiritual realms.
As a practitioner of Reiki, I draw upon the Japanese lineage of Usui Mikao, having been taught by Reiki masters Luanne Petron and Sunshine Wilson from Winona MN. This compilation of psychospiritual and somatic practices has provided me with support to understand myself on a deeper subconscious level and its impact in the body thus being able to create more authentic and deepen my connections with others in a compassionate and present manner.
I have also dedicated myself to an intricate tapestry of spiritual practices involving somatic elements, acquiring a unique blend of knowledge and experiences in the psychoespirtual and body realms. My journey has led me to cultivate a deep connection with various disciplines such as on-going studies of Zen Buddhism through Maezumi Roshi's lineage at Zen Garland Order under the teachings of Trish Johnson from Dharma River Manitou Ceneter, Mexica-Nahuac indigenous herbalism through Difusión Tlamatiliztli in Mexico, Trauma-Informed Resilience Focused Yoga with Brilliance, weekly practice of Kung Fu System of Choy Li Fut, under the guidance of Roshi Paul Stern who is also a zen teacher at Dharma River, and my most recent studies of Forest Therapy inspired by the Japanese Shinrin-yoku practice through the ANFT (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy) and White Water State Park in Minnesota.
Alongside my alternative and holistic wellness pursuits, I am proud to have founded the Spanish Mindful Camp, language immersion camp catering to children aged 9-12. This endeavor allows me to share the gifts of mindfulness and self-discovery, empowering young minds to navigate the world with presence, discipline, and compassion while practicing learning Spanish.
Furthermore, my role as a Spanish interpreter at the Winona School District allows me to bridge communication gaps, ensuring that language is never a barrier to education and understanding in my community.
As a mother to a passionately curious autistic child, I have learned the power of patience, understanding, and unconditional love. Through this journey, I have found that the greatest lessons often lie in finding the beauty in life's differences. My journey as a mother serves as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and fuels my desire to extend compassion to all. Beyond my role as a mother, I am also a proud fur momma to a Siamese cat, whose gentle presence reminds me daily of the power of companionship and the importance of nurturing connections with all living beings.
